Green-Y Energy’s technology combines heating and cooling with a compressed air electricity storage in one device. The start-up has secured CHF 825’000 seed capital to realise the first pilot project and accelerate the market entry.

More than 120 hospitals are using the hystrix marketplace for repeatedly purchased medical goods. The new capital will be used to add functionalities and expand the user base. Among the investors are Hirslanden Venture Capital AG, a subsidiary of Mediclinic International plc and the Steyn Group, a global investor with a legacy in online marketplaces.

Die deutsche Wieland Gruppe beteiligt sich am Bieler Cleantech-Startup Joulia . Das gemeinsame Ziel ist die Skalierung der von Joulia entwickelten Lösung zur Wärmerückgewinnung aus Duschwasser. Wieland, ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Halbfabrikaten aus Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen, beschäftigt etwa 9000 Mitarbeiter und erzielte letztes Jahr einen Umsatz von 4,5 Milliarden Euro.

The startup has received CHF 150’000 to accelerate the development of its breathing stimulation device designed to speed-up the recovery of ventilated patients. Le texte décrit également comment les entreprises peuvent se procurer de l’argent. En outre, des signaux positifs émanent des organisations de soutien, des clubs de business angels et des investisseurs.

Heute hat der Bundesrat seine Verordnung zu Liquiditätshilfen vorgestellt. Sehr junge Unternehmen werden unterstützt, auch wenn sie erst seit kurzem Umsatz erzielen. Startups mit Umsatz Null und Finanzierung praktisch ausschliesslich über Venture Capital werden aber wohl nicht profitieren können. Umso wichtiger sind positive Signale von Supportorganisationen, Business Angel Clubs und Investoren.
